Cookie Exchance "Thumprint" Cookies

Tonight is my first (hopefully annual) Cookie Exchange with my friends to celebrate my birthday.  I decided to make cookies I've been making for years, literally, I learned how to make them in pre-school.  They are so simple and easy (same as everything I make) and only have FOUR ingredients.

Thumprint Cookie Recipe

1 cup bisquick
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
1 package instant chocolate pudding
(makes about 15 cookies)

I usually (at least) double the recipe

Baking Instructions:
- Roll in ball and press thumb in center
- Put candy in the indentation
- For more cookies double (does not make a lot)
- Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes (depending on how big your roll the ball)

Total preparation, baking, and cleaning up time is less than one hour!!

You can make these for any holiday or event by switching up the color of the m&m's! They are also great for Valentine's Day, Fourth of July & Halloween.
