Watermelon & Feta Bites

These fresh bites are becoming our appetizer of the summer.  They are light, refreshing and easy to make! Something that we skipped was adding mint but you could easily add that ingredient in also.  You could also serve this as a summer salad instead of in the bite size pieces.

Ingredients:
watermelon
block of feta
light balsamic dressing

Directions:
Cut the watermelon and feta into bite size pieces.  Place one square of each onto a toothpick and set on the serving platter.  Sprinkle with balsamic dressing right before serving.

Enjoy! xx

  6. This is one of my very favorite appetizers/salads to make! I also add a little bit of basil for some extra flavor.

  7. These sound like the perfect light and refreshing appetizer for a BBQ during the summer! I also love that you could also just do it as a salad if you're running out of time!
